drawing. The lesson which I pass on by this meansis worth all the trouble it hascosplayt me.
Perhaps you will ask me, “Why is thereno other drawing in this book as magnificent and impressive as this drawing ofthe baobabs?”
The reply is simple. I have tried. But with the others I have not been
successful. When I made the drawing of the baobabs I was carried beyond
myself by the inspiring force of urgent necessity.

若是“说话人关心的是过去事件致使的结果，该结果体目前目前，不关心过去” 我觉得是错误的，譬如I have eaten an apple.我过去吃完一个苹果，吃完苹果是过去事件，这个事件影响到了目前的我，譬如我可能还想吃一个或者太饱了。那样随后必然会加一句I am ful. 或者I want another one.所以这个目前时的意义时后面需要会加一句表示对于目前我的影响，影响怎么样。
